Shipping policy

All items are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and customization for each client. Please allow up-to approximately 4 weeks for processing and production before your order ships. This timeline includes the time to receive your order, source any required blanks or materials, and complete all engraving or application work by hand. Rush orders may be available for a fee upon request depending on current production volume.
