What is included in that 4-week production timeline?
  • This processing window covers our end-to-end artisan workflow, which includes:
    • Processing and finalizing your custom order details.
    • Sourcing your premium apparel, hat blanks, or raw materials.
    • Completing all precision laser engraving, patch creations, and assembly work by hand.

Do you offer rush options if I need my items sooner?
  • Yes, depending on availability. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee upon request. Because our schedule changes daily, rush availability depends entirely on our current production volume at the time of your request. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have a tight deadline.
